no need of internet connection. Although if you face any issue then you can try to install with internet on

Instructions are given in How to Install.txt file. Just follow them or you can search about how to install windows from ISO
Sorry, for commenting about this here, would there be another way to do it? I would like to make a request about a specific program, EES (Engineering Equation solver). The latest version I could find is 9.4 and there is already 11.857.
